contact us directly with credit card information to reserve your space in the program. When authorizing payment over
the phone we can accept payment by Visa or Master Card only. To authorize a payment by phone please call (415) 625-DIVE (3483).
We also accept payment by check or money order payable to Seattle Scuba Schools and posted to our
main office address below. If paying by check, please email us with the names of all divers as well as the pool and ocean
dates you wish to join. Indicate you are sending a check. We will hold the spaces for you for 5 business days from receipt
of your email, while waiting for the check to arrive.
3.) Next, print out copies of the registration forms.

Copies
of the forms need to be printed out for each diver participating in the program. All forms need to be completed and
emailed, faxed or mailed to our office.
Registration will not be complete and space in the
class will not be confirmed until registration forms have been received.
